yeah but with chaz green sweating so much, is this a dehydration issue, which results in green suspect to more injuries with so much dehydration, so is there something the cowboys can give chaz so he doesnt sweat so much, and then maybe less injury prone?

Something I know a lot about. I'm an endurance athlete, and sweat rates are something we go to great lengths to measure and understand. You can't really affect your sweat rate, some of the fittest world class cyclists and marathoners are some of the heaviest sweaters. Sweat rates can vary as much as 4x, btw, so there is a HUGE different person to person. One size hydration does not fit all.

It's important to know what your rate is so you can adjust fluid intake. Another very important (maybe more important) is the content of your sweat, i.e. how much of each electrolyte are you actually losing per liter of sweat. That's what is really critical to replenish as well. As information, the differences in concentrations can be up to 10x person to person, so this is really not one size fits all.

If Green is really not hydrating enough and is also low on sodium/potassium/calcium/magnesium, that could leave him in a position of his body not reacting well could be a contributor to his injuries. We're probably reaching here, but who knows? I know some NFL teams are using a company called Precision Hydration to help with these things, I hope Jerry is one of them.

Had 2 friends in school, both on the football team.
One guy we nicknamed him Sweat Hog...as that was a also a popular show, Welcome Back Kotter...as they had the sweat hogs name of the classroom...

Anyway, one was a LB and in great shape, hardly any body fat. As that old saying went...sweat like a pig...well he sweated by just being in the sun....
Actually I don't think pigs sweat at all, which is why we nicknamed the other guy "sweat hog". He was an OL / DT, big, heavy, over weight, but solid. He didn't sweat much at all. So hence, he hogged his sweat.

They can wrap him in plastic....Or maybe he can get in better shape...if he is burning off that much water than his body is retaining too much water to start with...but I am no doctor so who knows.

Or shove a block of dry ice down his pants, he won't be sweating anymore. :lmao:

basically they said chaz sweats, sweats, sweats, has to change his shorts 4 times during practice, and his shoes are full of sweat when he walks, u can hear it, so not sure if dehydration problem, but maybe something to that so maybe cowboys need to work on that, to where he doesnt sweat so much if possible

Some people have more sweats glands and sweat more than others regardless. He just needs to hydrate during practice. I don't know the literature of having increased numbers of soft tissue injuries due to dehydration although I'm not dismissing that. I just don't know.
