The Dallas Cowboys have not made it official but plenty of players on this list have let it be known via social media they have been signed as free agent by America's Team.
Scouting report on Cooper Rush from LandryFootball.com:
Cowboys signed Central Michigan QB Cooper Rush. Rush (6’3/228) followed in immortal Dan LeFevour’s footsteps as a four-year starter for the Chippewas, finishing his career with a 62.0% completion rate, 7.8 YPA, and 90:55 TD-to-INT ratio en route to third-team All-MAC honors as a senior. A poor athlete with sub-NFL caliber arm strength, Rush’s strengths are his whiteboard smarts and quick decision making. Basically a bigger Chase Daniel, Rush would do well to earn a long-term No. 2 quarterback role in the pros, although he’s more likely to end up in Canada like his predecessor LeFevour.
Scouting report on Blake Jarwin from LandryFootball.com:
Cowboys signed Oklahoma State TE Blake Jarwin. Jarwin (6’5/246) was a two-year starter at “Cowboy back” in OSU’s offense, managing a career 41-616-5 (15.0 YPR) receiving line but still earning first-team All-Big 12 from the conference’s coaches as a junior, and second team as a senior. A former walk-on who wasn’t invited to the Combine, Jarwin showed NFL-level athleticism at the Cowboys’ Pro Day with 4.73 speed and a 10-foot-1 broad jump. Not a featured part of OSU’s offense, Jarwin operated as a movement H-back and short-area possession receiver. Long armed (34″) with soft hands and plus versatility, Jarwin nevertheless offers Jacob Tamme-like traits as a potential No. 2 tight end.
