Dallas Cowboys fans are starstruck after spotting star players at restaurants in Plano and Frisco.
On Preston Road in Frisco, there are restaurants right and left. But at Aw Shucks Oyster Bar, one person who walked in Sunday night wasn't just another customer: it was Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
"Right when he gets in we're just like, 'Oh, my gosh. It's really happening!'" said Aw Shucks general manager Mimi Cerda.
Tuesday, the "reserved" sign is still up in the section where Prescott and about 15 friends sat.
They ate raw oysters, shrimp and catfish, Cerda said, racking up a $500 bill in the few hours they were there.
Lifelong Cowboys fan Monica Martinez happened to be at Aw Shucks celebrating the Cowboys latest win.
She says she couldn't pass up a once-in-a-lifetime chance to snap a selfie with a favorite player on her favorite team.
"I'm going to frame it," Martinez said.
Months ago, at the beginning of the season, you'd probably never recognize Prescott or running back Ezekiel Elliott if they walked in and sat right next to you. But all that is changing now for the stars of the team with the best record in the NFL.
Prescott and Elliott both dined at Del Frisco's Grille after beating the Bengals last month. A company representative says Prescott was joined by 13 friends and Ezekiel brought a party of 32.
