Just want to highlight for everyone that is calling for Garrett's head. This organization has issues more than just with the current HC and staff. From a timeline perspective, it has been an ongoing problem since Switzer.

Right including picking horrible coaches. Just because there are loads of issues doesn’t mean it isn’t the coach too. The frustration is Jones wanting so badly to prove everyone wrong

I like JJOnes as a person and also have to see trends that are unacceptable. I back Red because I want off this cycle of suffering.
In two years Garrett better get it done. Some will say thats unacceptable. I do not fight the immutable nature of reality.

Garrett has been head coach more than twice as long as either Parcells or Phillips and has the same number of playoff appearances. That’s pathetic.

Hell, even Gailey has 2 playoff appearances in his 3 years as HC.

Hey I'm not defending Garrett. I'm just pointing out this issue has been for a long time.

So because this organization has had other bad HCs we should be forced to tolerate and not speak out against the current incompetent moron?

Yeah, that is great logic

Just because Jerry has his own issues doesn’t mean Garrett isn’t a mediocre coach and should be replaced.

When I see that list what that tells me is Jerry needs to hire a search firm to find the next coach.

He sucks at hiring coaches.

I believe in process and have seen it work. Players work hard for Red something has to come.

His short lists usually involve people he knows. Not at all that expansive and far-reaching. In other words, well, lazy.

The last time he truly needed a head coach after Parcells left, it basically was a few non-known commodities like Phillips, Ron Rivera and Mike Singletary, but a bunch of former or then current staff members like Norv Turner, Gary Gibbs, Tony Sparano, Todd Bowles and Todd Haley. And of course, the unqualified Jason Garrett.
