Today's offering in the Blue Star Times:

"Who died? I must have missed the crawler at the bottom of the screen.​

Something bad happened, because the dour faces and slumped shoulders of the post-game shows tell me this must be a day of mourning. I feel horrible that I don’t know what I’m supposed to feel horrible about. Please, someone let me in on this because this is incredibly awkward.​

Turns out, this isn’t a funeral, but a resurrection. And the anti-Cowboy bloc is none-too-happy about it."​

I would like to see Stephen A. Smith, Jamie Dukes and Marshall Faulk's facial expressions if this essay were read aloud to them.
 
Great read......the NFL and the TV networks obviously love the 'Boys are back. Brings even better ratings and interest to the NFL. ...Cowboys fans and haterz alike have to see them. I agree that the hate and fear comes from opponents because they see that Dallas is back with the proven winning formula and not some gimmicky offense or blitzing/gambling defense. This type of ball can be played as they say anywhere and anytime. I would like to see them take that poll again as to who the REAL "America's Team" is and will always be.........:D

I'm right there with you being caught by surprise as well---but was not as optimistic as you were. Who knows if this is THE year, but even if it is not, I can now actually see that the blueprint exists and it is being implemented and tweaked little by little for long term success. HOW 'BOUT THEM COWBOYS :flagwave:

A real talent there, partner. Absolutely loved it. Creative and downright honest. I'm most definitely enjoying our journey.
 
NFL Network looks like a freaking morgue over there when they discuss the Cowboys.............LOL..............Sometimes Marshal Faulk just looks down at the table when they are talking about Dallas and Deon just looks pissed during the whole segment.
