Not so much scoring 30+, although that would be HUGE, but it really is keeping the ball away from the opponent's offense and scoring efficiently while the team has the ball.
Stop the QB effieciently, but if you can't, keep the ball out of his hands then while you score, if you can, while taking up 10 minutes a quarter and wear that D down completely by the 4th.

The problem to me is this team tends to not starting game with any urgency.

And that includef 2014.

Way to many times we play to keep scores close and then rely on Romo to win it in the 4th qt.

A complete change in philosophy needs to occur.

Its not so much scoring 30+ points.

Its about scoring early and often and forcing the other team to play catchup..

not us.

24pts a game will win the majority of our games.

Its called 60 minutes of football which is something we do not do.
