It is always a scary situation when a football player is taken off the field strapped to a stretcher because of a neck injury. That's what happened yesterday to defensive lineman Kenneth Boatright at the Cowboys training camp practice. He was taken to a nearby hospital as everyone waited for some positive news. Today, it appears we got that as his agent, Brett Tessler, tweeted this:
Fortunately it appears that my Cowboys client Ken Boatright was taken to the hospital last night mostly as a precaution & should be OK.

That is great news. We should find out more about whether he will return anytime soon, but at least the worst seems not to have happened.
As was reported earlier today Lance Dunbar is in a walking boot but his MRI came back negative so it doesn't look like his ankle injury will be anything long term. And the Cowboys are in no hurry for Darren McFadden to test his hamstring, they are content to wait until they feel there is no danger of re-injury.
And then there's this from Dez Bryant about his hamstring issue from yesterday.
