Sean Lee still not practicing for the Rams game.
The Dallas Cowboys may be without Sean Lee this Sunday. The star linebacker injured his hamstring late in the Arizona Cardinals game and has not practiced since. Earlier in the week he said he was hopeful that he could play this Sunday but that he wasn’t sure. The Cowboys held a walk-through practice yesterday, but today they did the real thing and Lee was unable to participate.

The Cowboys are making contingency plans for his absence. Fullback Keith Smith, who at one time was a linebacker, is taking reps at the position on the scout team in practices just in case.

The Cowboys are also working out a linebacker for possible addition to the roster.

Pinkins was a sixth-round pick in 2014 by the Seattle Seahawks. He also spent time on the New York Giants roster and has mostly seen action on special teams.
Anthony Hitchens seems to be progressing to the point of limited participation in practice, but he’s not ready to go just yet. The good news is Chidobe Awuzie and Nolan Carroll are at least participating on a limited basis, along with Jourdan Lewis.
