The Dallas Cowboys are in the middle of their second week of OTAs, and Wednesday is the day open to the press. The bad news was revealed earlier today and actually goes back to last week's OTA sessions, third-rounder Maliek Collins broke his foot. Jason Garrett hopes he will be back by sometime in training camp.

Missing from today's session were Darren McFadden, Rolando McClain and Ron Leary. It pretty much goes without saying that Leary will be missing from everything that isn't mandatory. McFadden was absent to due a family issue.

The rookie running back had this to say about his experiences so far.

Rolando McClain is still dealing with the family issues that kept him out last week. Coach Garrett says they don't expect him back this week. Same as it ever was.
Also, cornerback Terrance Mitchell left the field with a finger injury.
