Bryant's participation in practice "is a positive sign toward playing Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks."

The Cowboys didn't officially rule out Dez Bryant for the New York game until the very last moment,even though he hadn't practiced with the team all week - and didn't even travel to New York with the team.

This week could get a little more interesting in the will-he-or-won't-he game.

The always reliable Todd Archer of ESPN Dallas is reporting that Bryant is participating in practice today, though he's likely to be limited.

Archer further explains Bryant's participation "is a positive sign toward playing Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks," though that will likely depend on how his foot reacts to increased activity.

Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, who seems to regularly come up with inaccurate Cowboys headlines, caused quite a ruckus when he initially reported that Bryant would be out 10-12 weeks. Despite Rapoport's click-baiting headline, the Cowboys maintained that Bryant would be on a 6-8 week recovery schedule. He's progressed exactly as expected so far, and a return against the Seahawks would be seven weeks removed from his injury.
