Looking for the next big waiver wire move in your fantasy league? We got some advice.

Quarterback

Joe Flacco, BAL, owned in 23% of Yahoo Leagues

Flacco has slowly been improving his play and just turned in his best fantasy football performance of the year in a beatdown of the Dolphins. As we move closer to the playoffs, Flacco's big-time arm can help you big time. He's been outperforming projections trying to fend off the Steelers. The AFC North is getting interesting.

Ryan Tannehill, MIA, owned in 26% of Yahoo Leagues

Okay, so Tannehill finally had a bad game after tearing it up for a few weeks. That's no reason to give up on him as he still has work to do as the Dolphins look to become a wild card playoff team. He gets some matchups with some struggling teams. Though this week looks tough against the Cardinals, Arizona has been spotty all season long.

Running Back

Wendell Smallwood, PHI, owned in 36% of Yahoo Leagues

He's had some tough outings as the Eagles have completely fallen out of the playoff picture in the last few weeks. Still, in a divisional matchup with the Commanders, who are giving up the fourth-most points to running back, he's a good bet. Besides, Carson Wentz is averaging a very poor 6.4 yards per pass attempt, that means Dump City for Smallwood.

Chris Thompson, WAS, owned in 22% of Yahoo Leagues

Thompson is more of a pass-catching back but he's had some nice plays for the Commanders as of late. Now is not the time to be tweaking too much but if you don't have any good flex options, Thompson is going to be a guy that Washington will be using in the passing game down the stretch.

Wide Receiver

Chris Hogan, NE, owned in 15% of Yahoo Leagues

With Gronk out indefinitely, someone has to get the targets and it's been Hogan at least for the past week. Tom Brady knows how to pass the ball around to different receivers. Hogan gets a favorable matchup with the Ravens, whose pass defense has surrendered the ninth-most points to receivers.

Malcolm Mitchell, NE, owned in 30% of Yahoo Leagues

Yeah, you are reading this correctly. Might as well double-down on New England receivers with Brady on his reunion tour dismantling one AFC opponent after the other. Mitchell has played well this season and is outperforming his projections over the past four weeks.

Tight End

Ladarius Green, PIT, owned in 22% of Yahoo Leagues

We told you about him last week but now it's time to go grab him before he's gone. He had a 20-point performance this past week and has emerged for Ben Roethlisberger over the past few weeks. If you need a tight end for the playoffs, here is your guy. Gronk is gone, let it go and grab the Green bag special.

Vance McDonald, SF, owned in 20% of Yahoo Leagues

Another guy we told you about last week though he under-performed but most of that was on Colin Kaepernick who failed at every level as a quarterback. This week is a matchup against the Jets, who have given up the eighth-most points to tight ends.

Defense

Atlanta Falcons owned in 16% of Yahoo Leagues

This Atlanta defense has not bee a good unit this season but for one game against the Rams, they should look like the '85 Bears. The Rams have given up the absolute most points to defenses this season and they serve fresh turnovers at every game.

Kicker

Kai Forbath, MIN, owned in 3% of Yahoo Leagues

He scored 10 points against a Cowboys team that was allowing the sixth-least amount of points to kickers. This week, he gets the Jacksonville Jaguars who have given up the second-most points to kickers. From there he has Indianapolis and Green Bay, two other teams who struggle with kickers.
