1 - Henderson (CB - UF)
2 - Baun (Edge - Wiscy)
3 - Dugger (S - Bumblecrap U)
4 - Fotu (DT - Utah)
5 - Johnson (WR - Minny)
5 - Jackson (CB - Neb)
7 - McKeon (TE - Mich)

Not terrible by any stretch but I would have made some changes based on how his draft went.

- I am OK with Henderson in the 1st as Kinlaw and the top 3 WRs were off the board. Chaisson went 16 to Atlanta.

- I am not a Baun guy. As the article notes, he's getting Watt comparisons but he's not nearly as fast or athletic. If you are going edge there, I'd go Weaver or Okwara, who were both on the board still at 51.

- Dugger is a risky pick but I think I could live with in the third. Other names there were Hamilton (DT - OSU) and Brugress (S - Utah). If we don't sign a FA WR, I'd like to have taken one by now but names were thin based on his mock at this point.......... Claypool, V Jefferson and KJ Hill were the next best names at that point still available.

- No issues with Fotu in the 4th. Elliott, the kid from Missouri, was taken right behind us.

- T Johnson in the 5th would be a nice get IMO.

The rest are just darts at a dart board.

I love Baun, but think there is 0 chance he’s there in the 2nd. I’d take him at 17.

I think Henderson goes in the top 15. The Chargers are drafting a quarterback. There will be 4 quarterbacks drafted in the top 20. I did not know the Skins traded their second round pick, they need to auction off that second pick if they are not taking a quarterback. The Cowboys will have their choice of 1 of: second best defensive tackle, second best corner back, 2nd best pass rusher end and one of the top 3 receivers. They will draft whatever one is there at the 17th pick. Finally Curtis Weaver is the second coming of Anthony Spencer. Would be a good pick in the second round.

I have minimal interest in C.J. Henderson and sincerely hope someone picks him before we pick.

Anyone comparing Baun to Watt is wrong and scouting the jersey. They play the same position, but Watt is an edge rusher; Baun is a linebacker. Everything I've heard suggests Baun is going late 1st, so it's a stretch to mock him to us in the second.

You'd need to draft Dugger in the second to get him... if he's even there for you in the second.

I'm good with Fotu, but it's hard to gauge his range. Everybody takes them in their mock draft, but they take him in the fourth. If everyone takes him in the fourth, does that mean his value is much higher than a fourth rounder?

Tyler Johnson is complicated. Everyone swears he's great, but he's got a major case of the dropsies and never runs a route without a stutter step or gear down. The value isn't that off in the fifth, but I swear I can find a better receiver than him.

I do not have a draftable grade on Lamar Jackson.

I haven't watched McKeon.

That would be a reach at 17 IMO. He's smallish for an edge player and not as athletic as Watt. He isn't the strongest guy and most certainly could not be an every down type DE whereas a guy like Weaver or Okwara might end up being that guy. Those guys are already 250+ and just as, if not more, athletic.
