I disagree.

I'm not a fan of DLaw's personality but I have not seen him slacking at any point and he plays through injury.

Playing though injury (recovery from surgery) was self induced last season (his agent's idea) but his issues in 2019 amd 2020 have bern injury related.

Similar to how people hate Crawford but he played the following week last season after being carted off the field and hospitalized.

Whatever MM does will either bring results or they won't. He's been around long enough to see what's going on and who does what. Dorance has been with the Cowboys a good while and hasn't done much, as yet, to solidify his standing with the team. Perhaps his time is now.

It's just a matter of time before MM learns who to lean on. He'll see enough in practice and in games to notice who shows promise and who doesn't. Anae has talent. Given due time, I think he'll be given his chances to see action.

Gregory needs an offseason to get stronger but his natural talent is unquestionable. He naturally uses his hands in a way that most DE never learn to utilize.
