Enjoy the festivities as Jerry Jones and others are inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Tonight is the night Jerry Jones officially becomes a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Jerry will be presented tonight by his wife Gene before giving his speech.
"I was thrilled he asked me,'' Gene said. "But it was more, 'Well, I guess that's what we should do.'
"It's about our kids and Jerry. I know Jerry wants to give me lots of credit, and I appreciate that. But I'm so proud of him and all three of our children. All three could have stood up there and made a tribute to their dad. Our kids are great speakers and all would have done an amazing job, which is what we hoped could happen.
"But we couldn't change the rules, so I'm honored to speak on their behalf.''
Jerry will then come on and give what is sure to be a rambling but entertaining speech that frankly could veer off in any direction. Odds are that Jerry will break down and cry at some point in the speech.
Check out all the speeches but make sure to stay around for Jerry’s, who knows what he will say.
