A quick review of the latest power rankings, where they rank the Cowboys, and where they rank the rest of the NFC East.
Here's a rundown of the many power rankings published today and their take on where the Cowboys rank this week.
Power Rankings
Week 13 Rankings (previous rankings in parenthesis)
FOX Sports - No. 1 (1)
The Cowboys gave up 449 yards through the air and have been exposed defensively in recent weeks, particularly against the pass. There aren’t any complete teams in the NFL right now, and even Dallas has its weaknesses. Fortunately, the Cowboys are also one of the best offensive teams in the league and control the clock with Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott protecting the football. They’re the best team in the NFL.
CBS Sports.com - No. 1 (1)
They've ripped off 10 straight victories, but they have to be concerned about their pass rush. They didn't have a sack against the Commanders.

This train ain't stopping anytime soon. Heard a lot of speculation that the Seahawks are a bigger threat than the Cowboys. Hmm. Yep, the Cowboys' secondary is getting torched. They were much better when Morris Claiborne and Barry Church were healthy. Guess what? Church is back, and Claiborne should follow suit in a couple of weeks. If you think Dallas is a favorable matchup for Seattle, perhaps you should watch highlights of the last time the Seahawks saw those big boys up front (that is, with a starting-caliber QB under center; we're looking past last season's Matt Cassel-starring matchup). Tell you what; I'll provide them for you.

Probably not enough is said about how valuable linebacker Sean Lee has been. He has been tremendous, as usual, and has stayed healthy. He has never played all 16 games in a season, but he has been in all 11 so far this season. That’s a big reason the Cowboys are as good as they are.
USA Today - No. 1 (1)
Their defense was smoked for 505 yards on Turkey Day. Let's not put them in Super Bowl just yet, regardless of what Michael Irvin says.
Washington Post - No. 1 (1)
Dak Prescott and the Cowboys kept rolling with another impressive performance in their Thanksgiving win over the Commanders. Are they becoming "America’s Team" again? The 35.1 million viewers made it the most-watched regular season game ever on Fox. If so, all of America saw the lack of a pass rush by the Dallas defense, however. Commanders QB Kirk Cousins had 53 passing attempts without being sacked.
ESPN - No. 1 (1)
QB Dak Prescott has now completed 30 of his past 33 pass attempts in the fourth quarter or overtime this season, as the Cowboys have won 10 consecutive games. Prescott has an NFL-best 89.8 Total QBR in the fourth quarter and overtime this season. The Cowboys take their show on the road Thursday against Minnesota.
Bleacher Report - No. 1 (2)
It’s only fair that Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and Co. now sit atop my power rankings. They’ve handled every challenge thrown their way with flying colors.
That includes the Commanders blitz. Washington dialed up the pressure when nothing else worked on Thanksgiving. Prescott evaded it and launched a high-arcing pass to Dez Bryant to effectively ice the game.
The Cowboys were outgained in Week 12. They fell behind in time of possession, too. But when push came to shove, Kirk Cousins and his offense were on the sideline watching Dallas score a touchdown to go up 12 with just over six minutes remaining. The Cowboys are the deadliest team in football.
New York Daily News - No. 2 (2)
Dallas remains at No. 2 despite beating Washington on Thanksgiving. If not for Brady's existence, the Cowboys, winners of 10 in a row, would occupy the top spot. Alas, Brady isn't disappearing anytime soon. Jason Garrett's team needs to take care of business in Minnesota or the Giants could seize control of the NFC East in a couple weeks.
The table below summarizes the power rankings for the NFC East teams and the Cowboys' opponent on Thursday, the Vikings.
