Here are your starts and sits for Week 6 of NFL action.

It’s that time again. Here are your fantasy start and sits for Week 6.

NOTE: This is a list of players who are on the bubble when it comes to deserving a starting spot for the week. Obvious choices won’t be mentioned, and likewise - some under-the-radar guys, will. Advising you to start Tom Brady offers no value to you as a fantasy owner.

Must Start Players

QUARTERBACK

Marcus Mariota, TEN (v.s. Browns): This is perhaps Mariota's softest game on the schedule and he's been coming through lately for fantasy fans all over. The Browns are currently allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Last week, Mariota threw three touchdowns and scampered in for a rushing touchdown as well. He's coming off his best game and his offense could roll in this contest against a team that has given up at least 18.2 points per contest to quarterbacks.

Brian Hoyer, CHI (v.s. Jaguars): We know that at some point he will digress but Hoyer is playing the best football of his career at this point. He's completing over 70% of his passes and has had six touchdowns since taken over for the injured Jay Cutler. The Jaguars, meanwhile, have given up the seventh-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season and they will be playing at Soldier Field. Hoyer is a solid start this week and is still out there in most of the fantasy leagues.

RUNNING BACK

Jamaal Charles, KC (v.s. Raiders): He only saw limited action last week but told coach Andy Reid it's time to take the training wheels off this week. Charles has had some issues with injuries over the years but is looking healthy and ready to go. He's also got a favorable matchup with the Raiders coming off a bye week where Andy's teams are 15-2 overall. Charles is a big part of what makes their offense go and the Raiders are struggling to stop running backs in 2016.

T.J. Yeldon, JAX (v.s. Bears): Yeldon is becoming a bigger piece of the offense by the week in Jacksonville and they have a favorable matchup against the Bears this week. They haven't done all that good of a job at stopping rushing attacks even with Danny Trevathan back in the lineup. If you're looking for a solid RB2 to start this week, Yeldon could be a solid addition.

WIDE RECEIVER

John Brown, ARI (v.s. Jets): He's been a slow start which has some folks dropping him. However, he was dealing with the concussion protocol to start his season and his numbers have risen in recent weeks. With Drew Stanton, it's understandable that Brown wasn't the guy you expected. However, Stanton had only 124 passing yards and now Carson Palmer is back. Palmer has found Brown to be his favorite deep target over the past few seasons and the Cardinals are trying to get back in the NFC race. Brown's season is on the rise.

Cameron Meredith, CHI (v.s. Jaguars): He's been showing up on our lists lately and for good reason, Meredith has become Hoyer's favorite target and has hauled in a few touchdowns too. If you are suffering from poor receiving play, Meredith is a great pick up and Hoyer has a tendency to go with the receiver to his right. It was Kevin White before and now it's Meredith leading the team in targets. Jacksonville's weakness through four games has been their pass defense as they're the fifth-worst pass defense right now.

TIGHT END

Jimmy Graham, SEA (v.s. Falcons): I couldn't have been more wrong when I asked you a few weeks ago to drop Graham from your lineups. Now, it's time to give the man some credit and he's certainly emerged as a solid option for Russell Wilson. Graham has a had a week's rest and gets to face the NFL's worst tight end defense in fantasy. Along with Detroit and Cleveland, the Falcons are giving up quite a few touchdowns to the position. Atlanta has surrendered four of the top tight end finishes.

Dennis Pitta, BAL (v.s. Giants): Pitta is emerging as Joe Flacco's security blanket once again and with the promotion of Marty Morningwheg, his numbers could be on the rise. The Giants have not been good at stopping tight ends and Pitta will have to step up with Steve Smith unlikely to play. Pitta has been a red-zone target of Joe Flacco and he's a quality TE1 this week.

DEFENSE

Baltimore Ravens (v.s. Giants) - With all the Giants struggles to protect Eli Manning and the quietly good performance of the Ravens' defense of late (10 sacks, 8 takeaways), it's a chance that the Raven's will play well this week defensively. The Giants haven't been in-sync since week one and this could be an uglier defense than they want to face at the moment.

Take A Seat, Sucka

QUARTERBACK

Eli Manning, NYG (v.s. Ravens): The Giants have struggled to score points and last week's matchup with Green Bay may have been Eli Manning's worst game. In the past four games, Eli has only passed for two touchdowns. They are 27th in the league in red zone conversions. This week they get a tough test with the Ravens who have allowed only one top performance all year to quarterbacks (Derek Carr week 4). The Giants are a struggling offense and it doesn't look to get better this week.

Matt Ryan, ATL (v.s. Seahawks): How can you place the fantasy football king on the bench this week? Well, the Seahawks are giving up the absolute fewest points to opposing quarterbacks. The Falcons like to get their running backs lined up as receivers but the Seahawks have the linebackers and secondary to handle situations like that. As good as Matt Ryan has been, this could be a game where he is rendered ineffective.

RUNNING BACK

Jeremy Hill, CIN (v.s. Patriots): Hill has been a fantasy bust after coming into the year with high hopes. He only played 15 snaps in the game against the Cowboys and he's averaged just over three yards per carry. The Patriots are the 8th-best running defense in the NFL. Hill hasn't produced enough to stay in your lineups.

Duke Johnson, CLE (v.s. Titans): Johnson hasn't been what people had hoped and it doesn't look like Cleveland is all-too concerned to get him involved. Down 16 points last week, you would have thought that the Browns would have a recipe for his inclusion. Instead, he played in even less snaps (6) than expected. The Browns have been riding with Crowell and uses Johnson more as a receiver. Even then, Johnson has failed to produce and the Titans are the third-best defense at keeping receiving backs bottled up.

WIDE RECEIVER

Allen Hurns, JAX (v.s. Bears): Hurns was a big deal in 2015 but has yet to top 75 receiving yards this season. Also, after scoring a touchdown in seven straight games last season, Hurns is almost becoming a forgotten man in the Jacksonville offense. This week he gets the Bears which have done an admirable job against big name receivers this season and is the 11th-best pass defense in fantasy.

Quincy Enuwa, NYJ (v.s. Cardinals): In the weeks that Eric Decker has been out, Enuwa was a perfect pick up with a pass-happy Ryan Fitzpatrick. Instead, Enuwa's numbers have steadily dropped in each week. Enuwa has done most of his work out of the slot and now he faces his toughest test in the Honey Badger, who is perhaps the NFL's best slot cornerback.

TIGHT END

Dwayne Allen, IND (v.s. Texans): Allen had his best game last week with 50 yards and a touchdown. Still, he's been a shameful tight end this year and hasn't done much of anything for the Colts. Now, he gets to matchup with a team that is giving the second-fewest points to tight ends, expect him to fall right back down to the basement.

Martellus Bennett, NE (v.s. Bengals): The Browns were an awful matchup and Bennett torched them. This week, he goes up against a Bengals' defense that has done a nice job with tight ends. Other than Jason Witten's stiff-arm heard around the world last week, they have only surrendered less than three catches per game to tight ends. Bennett just doesn't have the appeal this week as he did last and may be more of a blocker this week.

DEFENSE

Green Bay Packers (v.s. Cowboys): You would think that at Lambeau Field against a rookie quarterback would favor the Packers but think again. Opposing defenses have averaged 2.4 points against the Cowboys this season. Though Green Bay has been a solid rushing defense, they have faced teams with mediocre rushing numbers. Cincinnati was bullied last week and now the Packers will face a tough test.

Cowboys Start Of The Week

Ezekiel Elliott- Hear me out, for reasons stated above, I believe that Elliott is actually going to be a difference maker that the Packers won't be able to stifle. Green Bay has faced the Giants without Shane Vereen, the Jaguars (32nd in rushing), the Vikings without Adrian Peterson, and the Lions who use their running backs as receivers. They have yet to face this type of rushing attack.

Cowboys Sit Of The Week

Dak Prescott- Without Dez Bryant, Prescott has still played well and kept the team rolling. However, this week is going to be about ball-control and I don't see Dak putting up stellar numbers. The Cowboys want to prove they can run against anyone and that clock management will be their M.O. If the Packers force Prescott to throw to win this game, it may be tough-sledding for the rookie.
