A Fiercely Optimistic Cowboys Enthusiast
What’s happening Cowboys Nation! My name is Manik Aggarwal and I recently joined the Blogging The Boys team! I have enjoyed reading and debating various topics over the years on SB Nation and the BTB blog. I have particularly appreciated the detailed analysis and quality of the work and I am excited to join the current team of writers. I previously wrote for Bleacher Report and hope to bring energy and creativity to your front page.
I am originally from Dallas and grew up watching games at home with my family. I have had many fun memories in the old Cowboys Stadium including celebrating Thanksgiving annually with the Boys, watching Emmitt Smith break the rushing record in 2002 and cheering while the Triplets got inducted into the Ring of Honor in 2005. The best game I have ever been to was the 2013 Cowboys-Broncos game which reminded me of my Madden-playing days.
Although I moved to Washington DC for work a few years ago, my fandom and obsession has only grown over the years. Many of my patients either love me for my Cowboys banter or request an alternative provider! You can find my wife and I on Sundays watching our Boys, rocking our Zeke/Dak jerseys and scanning through RedZone and our Fantasy team.
