In kind of a surprise move, the Commanders are poking around the Cowboys coaching staff for a head coach candidate.
This certainly came out of the blue - the Washington Commanders are reportedly interviewing Cowboys special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia for their head coach vacancy.
And @ClaytonESPN is reporting the Commanders are interviewing Dallas Cowboys assistant HC Rich Bisaccia today. Bisaccia close to Bruce Allen.

Once you dig a little into the history of the two people involved, Bisaccia and Commanders GM Bruce Allen, the logic behind the interview becomes more clear. Bisaccia has been more than a special teams coordinator along his coaching path, even though that is what he's mainly known for since his special teams are usually very good. They were excellent in Dallas this season. PFT discusses the fact that Bisaccia was an assistant head coach in Tampa when Bruce Allen worked there.
Other candidates the Commanders are reportedly interested in include:
Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott, Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell, Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell and Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell as reported candidates for the job.
