According to this report from ESPN, the Cowboys will be without Demarcus Ware for at least 3-4 weeks as he tries to recover from a quad tear.

These will be the first missed games of Ware's nine-year career.
For the last few seasons, Ware has suffered from an assortment of injuries, including shoulder and forearm ones that caused him to undergo two surgeries in the offseason. Still, the warrior continued to suit up every Sunday there was a game on the schedule. Now, the Cowboys depleted defensive line will have to battler for up to a month without him.
Cowboys Nation saw Ware limping off the field in the second quarter of last night's 31-16 victory over the Washington Commanders. Soon after, he was heading into the tunnel prior to halftime. When he would return in the second half, he was stripped of his gladiator gear and was ruled out for the rest of the game.
Initial reports came out saying that the team would wait until later in the week to determine if he would be able to suit up for this coming Sunday's division tilt against the Eagles. I quickly joked on twitter for fans to fill-in-the-blank for the real expectations for his return. Soon after, Schefter's report surfaced and it looks like Kyle Wilber will be making his first professional start.
Wilber was able to record a strip sack and recovery in the fourth quarter deep in the Commanders territory. The play led to rookie runner Joseph Randle's first career touchdown.
The Cowboys defensive line is already ravaged; missing Anthony Spencer, Tyrone Crawford and Ben Bass for the year. Jay Ratliff has yet to play and they've suffered a myriad of other injuries along the front as well.
Now, they lose their leader who they have never had to enter a regular season game without.
The guard is changing for the Dallas Cowboys, whether they like it or not.
In a related note, the Cowboys seem to have ruled out runner DeMarco Murray, at least for the Eagles contest.
