Haha the Falcon fan thinking Parsons over Pitts was good too. I think Toney will be good but with 3 receivers I didn’t get why the Giants didn’t go defense to shore that up.

Falcons got a "generational talent".. I'm sure many poster who slobbered over a TE would still trade him for Parsons, right?

I'd hold off on that. Toney looks really good and they got a 1st round pick out of it that's currently in the top 10. They might not regret it.

I don't think the "brain trust" has a priority to keep Gallup. I hope I'm wrong and we figure out a way but we are not in a good position cap wise. I don't see Dak reworking his contract either, baby needs shoes and Mama needs clothes.

Dallas could probably keep him. But they'd probably have to move on from Cooper after 2022. But I'm no GM, I just did a cursory glance at the contracts and cap for the team.

My guess is that they wanted to give Jones the weapons so that they could determine whether or not to extend him after this season. And Toney is pretty good. Him along with Golladay, Shepard, Engram, and Barkley coming back, should be no excuses. But something is still very wrong with that offense that goes beyond QB. Parsons isn't helping them.
