To read Vela's piece and come away thinking the rest of the NFL is just better and smarter than Dallas, pretty much proves that you aren't a fan of the Cowboys.

13 years of no playoff wins and a draft in which the Cowboys selected 12 players with only 3 being week 1 active suggest that a lot of the NFL is smarter than Dallas, but we'll disregard that.

I'm very much looking forward to seeing how well this team plays from start to finish now that all distractions have been cast away. I hope December is interesting in a positive way. I'm tired of seeing this team get their butts kicked in the last few weeks of the season.

I'm psyched for this season. Just sat through a fantasy football draft yesterday and had to listen to a bunch of idiots drooling over the Giants. I said nothing. I'm just gonna watch this all play out. I can't wait to see Eli Dilfer and that stellar passing game. Game 2 will be a rude awakening for the Giants and the NFL. Game 1 will be a slaughter.

That's how I've been pretty much all offseason. While the Steeler fans go off on how awesome their team and organization are, I just sit back and pretty much keep quiet.

Just gonna let the season play out. Oh yeah, and Vela wrote another really good article. Time to prepare for the season.
