The BTB writers pick the straight-up winners for each Week 11 game and we wonder if this could be the week the Cowboys lose their second game.
Entering Week 10, the 7-1 Patriots were riding high as the No. 1 team in the NFL power rankings, many observers thought they were the best team in the NFL, and many doubted they would lose another game this season. But then they lost to the Seahawks at home on Sunday.
This week, the 8-1 Cowboys are the flavor of the day, but just like the Patriots, they're unlikely to finish 15-1, and the odds are they'll lose at least one more game in the regular season.
Bookmaker.eu now offers odds on when the Cowboys are likely to lose their second game. Oddly enough, the Week 13 game at Minnesota is the favorite at +190 (I would have picked the Giants game a week later). Sunday's game against the Ravens has the second-best odds at +300, while a 15-1 season (no second loss) has +450 odds.
Here's the full list (with opponents' current records in parentheses):
Week 11 vs. (5-4) Ravens +300
Week 12 vs. (5-3-1) Commanders +450
Week 13 at (5-4) Vikings +190
Week 14 at (6-3) Giants +350
Week 15 vs. (4-5) Buccaneers +850
Week 16 vs. (5-4) Lions +900
Week 17 at (5-4) Eagles +850
No loss (15-1 season) +450
Our panel of writers is pretty sure the Cowboys will record their ninth straight win on Sunday, and here's how we see the rest of Week 11 playing out.
