A combination of your birthday and the year you turned 18 will reveal it.

The offseason can be the time for some heavy, stat-driven analysis, but it can also be the time for some lighthearted fun, and today I'm aiming for the latter.

In the doldrums of last year's offseason, I came across the following Tweet that has a simple premise: You take the year that you turned 18 and the day that your birthday is on, apply both to the draft and you've got yourself your NFL spirit animal.

Year - year that you turned 18
Pick - day that your birthday is on

Turns out my NFL spirit animal is Brent Fullwood, a guy I've never heard of. Fullwood, a running back from Auburn, was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 1st round (4th pick) of the 1987 NFL Draft. Fullwood played in four NFL seasons from 1987 to 1990 made it to the Pro Bowl in 1989, so I guess that's something.
