There is enough Johnnie Walker in the world that would have Jerry crap the bed on this situation. Richard will be our DC and Jerry will pay him well to make sure of that.

They can interveiw all they want. None of those teams have the talent we have, and Richard can get the best talent and money all in one here in Dallas dealing with Jerry.

Pretty sure Jerry is keeping a bug in richards ear also about his importance to the team and concideration.

Why would Kris stay here if he can go be a HC. It’s like if you were a waiter at Texas Roadhouse and Applebee’s offered you a manager spot. Yes Roadhouse has better food but Applebee’s lets you be the boss and get more money. Plus if you are confident in yourself like most of these guys are you believe you can go in and improve the situation.

One reason he MAY want to remain in Dallas is that he has been given the defense essentially and he's not the DC.
Another is maybe he likes the culture and the opportunity to continue making the team better.
Maybe he doesn't like other franchises giving offers.
There's already a lot invested in Dallas.

Maybe non of that is the truth.
