Is it me or does Helman seem like he is almost pissed the team is doing well? Dude throws shade on any possible positive report about the Boyz, when they beat the Eagles in OT he was standing in the endzone with a blank stare on his face while everybody around him was going crazy, I don't know.

Maybe he was like us and thought the team would totally suck again this year so he put a bunch of money down at Vegas and its biting him in the arse now.;)

Who knows, maybe I am just reading him wrong, but he just doesn't seem very excited or even happy that the team is doing good, just very strange.

I have seen him a couple of times on Cowboys break. He is the Debbie Downer of the group.

Makes sense.

Hellman is ever so slightly younger than me.

Which means, if he's a Cowboys fan, most of his life has been 5-11 seasons, botched snaps, one and done as a one seed, the Vikings massacre, 3 straight losses in win-and-in season finales, and the Dez overturned catch.

As a young guy, you can never get too excited about what we're doing.

If other teams think they're SB ready then they need to come through our house on Prime Time!

I think that if the Cowboys Bucs game goes to Sunday night I will get all Cowboys games on TV this year and I live in Virginia. I do have the NY and LA Fox channels as well though but I am not sure that has even come into play this year. I think they have all been on my local channels.

In Virginia!!!

That will be the first time ever for me I think.

I don't care what time the games are on, we just need to handle our business. I was in Dallas for both the Ravens and Skins games. Our defense has me worried. IMO I hope we bring back McFadden and seriously impose our will on folks with our run game. We need to keep our D off the field as much as possible.

Yep, we'll have four night games in a row -- at least.

I love this we have been on national TV since the Ravens game. living in Bay Area means I'm usually stuck watching that dumpster fire that is the 49ers.

Helman is just angry because he is short. If you listen/watch the DC podcasts/shows, he is always grumpy and makes references to his petite stature. Maybe he's tired of the Mr. Frodo or Santa jokes, I don't know; I ignore anything he has to say.

Helman is what you call a , "realist". He can be generally happy about the team or players but he is always looking for the negative to counter he emotions.

Maybe we will finish the season with SNF games...they do need the ratings...that is their plan.....

Night games are the best. We can show the entire world we are America's Team.
Night games are the best because there's way more time to eat and get drunk before the game. Everyone is still waking up before noon games. They're boring as far as the tailgating compares.

He's a Saints fan. Maybe that's why.

I can't see it happening, we have too many night games coming up, especially when you consider the possibility of a week 17 flex.

That's why year to year strength of schedules is a load of crap. Every one marked us down as a "w" as well being we were a 4-12 team.
Exactly, you can't tell week to week hardly, much less going off last years record.

Ain't scared of anybody. We're ready anywhere. Anytime. The Super Bowl runs through Dallas this year

I am. The Cowboys don't have much of a pass rush and they haven't gotten a takeaway since GB.

It looks like the Cowboys have left on their schedule 3 QBs that can slice up a defense if you don't get in their face or force a turnover. Manning, Stafford, and Winston.
