While we are on the topic, I also liked Denver, San Diego and new englands older uniforms better. I also liked the giants helmets that said Giants, instead of the ny.

They may have a throwback alternate, but I don't recall them wearing their orange unis in recent years.

I'm sure they have a pardon from the league on not having to wear those gawd awful unis.

I think there must be some copyright infringment on their current unis. Their symbol with the crossing swords looks too much like the Raiders logo.

In addition, Tony Dungy must be getting royalties on Bucs merchandise. He was the coach when they changed unis, and that skull in front of the crossing swords looks just like Dungy's mug.

Hos, they haven't worn them on prior throwback days (in recent years). I think the league has pardoned them from wearing those unis.

During Thanksgiving weekend, NFL.com typically displays "throwback" logos for 31 of 32 teams: Tampa Bay is the lone exception.

I would be surprised if that didnt apply to the gameday Jerseys as well.

I didnt like them at first but they have grown on me more and more. I just picked up a Roy Williams throwback jersey last week to wear Thursday.
