Bucs have just released Josh Freeman

Those teams that decided to wait and not trade now have their shot without losing draft picks. The problem is still the same though; he thinks he should start and most everyone else sees him as a very good backup.
I'm not at all saying to go get him, but his upside is much greater than Kyle Orton's.
Orton's attitude makes him the better fit though.

It's crazy--what happened to this guy? 3 years ago he completed 62% of his passes 3500+ yards and 22 TD to only 6 INTs...

I think Freeman CAN be a top 10 QB. But he has to be in the right system with the right coach. Sciano is the absolute worst HC for someone like Freeman
