According to Ian Rapoport resigned with Green Bay for slightly less than $7m per season ($6.8M is the number I've seen published).

He was ranked as the 2nd best pass blocking RT in the NFL last season according to the PFF and was thought to in line to earn as much as $8m as a FA.

Looks he gave the Packers a major home-town discount. Interesting that he took a deal where he makes slightly more than Parnell.

Jax had plenty of cap space to sign him but they preferred Parnell.

Two different players. Bulaga has a hard time holding his ground or getting a lot of push in the run game. He does, however, have very fast feet and technique to stay in front of pass rushers.

I think they want a better presence in the run game.
