Percy's post on playoff odds leverage led me to another cool Brian Burke tweet. Better offenses to the right, better defenses at the top. This really shows that there are no great balanced teams this year (so far): the upper right quadrant is virtually empty. But don't sleep on the Bills!

Cool stuff! For those not sure how about how to read a graph like this: the goal would be for your team to land high up on the far right.

The great Cowboy teams of the early 90's would have landed way high, way right. Great offense and great defense.

I am concerned that Seattle's offense is moving up as Wilson has gotten healthy. Though their defense isn't as elite as it was a few years ago, it's still very good. They are the most balanced team and they also have lots of playoff success and confidence there.

This graph does sure show one thing...the most dominant unit in football on either side of the ball in 2016 is the Cowboys offense.

Could be. I'd like to see the comparison between Dallas since week 2 or 3, when Dak and especially Zeke really came into their own, and New England since week 5, when Brady came back.

Our defense is below average according to the chart. My concern is that this will eventually catch up to us. The Boys have been remarakably good at protecting the ball this year, particularly Dak, which is a big reason they are 9-1. I just hope that continues.

eventually? Defense has been an issue in almost every game his year but you don't ever notice because we hold the ball all game. But also note how far down teams the Commanders and Falcons are and you'd have to imagine we're in a decent enough spot.

Yep...

Our defense is what it is..

Also, I can't remember 1 game where there wasn't at least an opportunity for a turnover.

Dallas isn't a typical NFL team.. We hold onto the football for long periods and cash in with TD's.. That is our defense.

So the Giants are going to ride their D all the way to the SB playing ****** football,i have seen this before.

Agreed. Having Prosise banged up it appears for a few games helps our cause but he adds a dynamic to their offense (along with the growing rapport between Russell and Graham) that should make them a heavy favorite to contend for the NFC (along with us). I would certainly love to avoid going up there for the playoffs so hoping we can keep the pedal to the medal between now and end of season. They are certainly our biggest threat period - even more so that's the Pats at this point I would argue for a SB title. Because of that D.
