Honey maple ham, pepperoni, roasted peppers and mayo, on a roasted garlic ciabatta roll. Not fancy, but man, it's tasty!

dirty mind!Sounds kinky!
The Longhorns gave me my Cowboy fix last night, but I'm not gonna let it ruin my appetite.
Bone in ribeye, grilled medium with a side of grilled asparagus and broccoli mashed potatoes!
Go Jaguars!! What's on your plate today?
Put some broccoli in with the potatoes toward the end of the boil. Then just mash them and mix them as usual. I tried it years ago when I had some broccoli left in the fridge. Been doing ever since.Brocolli mashed potatoes.....I'm going to need to try this
How did u grill that ribeye? Seasoning?
Did a couple of thick bone in (that’s what she said) pork loin chops marinated for 24 hrs in blend inspired by Mustard’s Grill in Napa. Grilled medium Santa Maria style over cherry and hickory. Served with brown rice and some baby Bok Choy from the garden. Washed down with a chenin blanc.
I'm using Brazilian steakhouse seasoning. I put them on my gas grill, high heat for 3 minutes on each side. I turn off the middle burners, leave the outside burners on high. Place the steaks in the middle for another 4 minutes on each side. Perfect for 1 1/4 inch cuts.
Yeah - you’re correct. Didn’t have any available. And my meat seasoning wasn’t following the tradition either (salt, pepper, garlic powder), which is another "requirement."Santa Maria requires oak. Huge part of the style
Since we're all about the "technicalities" apparently...Brazilian steakhouse style ONLY uses salt on the meat...nothing else...Hahaha. A real Brazilian steakhouse is using salt. And pepper. You got worked

But the grill I have is Santa Maria (Gaucho) style, which is what I was referring to.
funny...since I bout the grill actually IN santa maria, ca...the only thing making it gaucho is the v grate i installed after the fact...try again though...this is fun!Umm, no. Your gaucho grill has nothing to do with this. Santa Maria is not Argentine (what you call gaucho).
The style is California via Mexico. Tri tip is served medium or rarer. Further evidence that Argentines have nothing to do with this.
Having spent time at the best Santa Maria places, I have to affirm this is Mexican American food at its best. Argentina contributed nothing here
1.75 litres of BULLEIT BOURBON, A couple of ' taste like extra terrestrial crap" bought in bulk frozen burritos & a double fistful of those little square frozen ' pizza bites' things of questionable contents,,, er,,,also of big bag purchase,,,The Longhorns gave me my Cowboy fix last night, but I'm not gonna let it ruin my appetite.

Oh so Santa Maria grills can’t Ben used to cook anything but tri tip on oak, huh??? Wonder why every time I go down there I see tons of people (of all racial and ethnic backgrounds) cooking all sorts of things on a Santa Maria “style” grill - even seafood! U must be the type of guy that only does it with the lights off and in one position, huh?Funny that you continue to believe that you didn't get hosed - gauchos never made it to central CA. It is forever away. But please continue to be ignorant of geography

I will make sure to tell the dude that made my set up (one of the best in all of Santa Maria btw) that good ole Abe says he’s a fraud.
It’s all good bro - u continue to limit yourself and then call it knowledge. Must feel great to be u - the arbiter of all things.
Says who? I can afford to have someone mix my salt and pepper.Hahaha. A real Brazilian steakhouse is using salt. And pepper. You got worked
