not sure what the point is of throwing a negative comment at him. Guy has done nothing wrong while being a Cowboy and honesty was treated badly moving back & forth from Safety to corner at the start of his career. He has always seemed like a good guy and is now trying to help some of the young guys coming into the league.
And really he only had one bad year. 2017. 2016 he actually looked promising at FS

Byron was a very educated young man when he got here.

A lot of these dudes couldn't pass a 5th grade math exam.

Couldn’t catch a ball to save his life but this is sound advice.
I don't like being contrary..

but..

Is this really needed in a multi-billion dollar company which the NFL is?

Right now, with people ut of jobs and no work..

guys like Jones should buy fancy homes and fast cars.

The economy needs the stimulus. We need to spend to give people jobs..

to get the munchies at night and drive to Taco Bell for a $5 meaj.

We need to fill our cars and lawn mowers with gas to employee Russians oversees.

I think I want equal time with the NFLPA right now.

You guys with me?

Sage advice from the young man. But as an earlier poster said, it will be ignored by many. Too bad.
