I think Jones is going to be our TE specialist. Covering TEs might have been our #1 biggest team weakness in 2014.

No, Dez was owned by a rookie and still could not win even by cheating.

Your definition of owned must be different from everybody elses considering Dez still almost caught the ball with one hand. Plus Jones also could have been called for illegal contact in a real game.

If getting a half chub after watching that clip is wrong, I don't wanna be right.

he needs a better first hand check but that was really good for a rookie going against Dez.

Watched that play on inside edition ....... Dez was happy after that play and was excited that the rookie kept him from catching the ball he thought he had easy. Dez is gonna turn these young DB's into monsters.

Byron is going to be a good one. He will struggle...but who wouldn't against Dez.

Wait until he learns and listens to what Witten tells him about covering tight ends.

I'm just impressed he turned around to locate the football. Can't tell you how many times I watch during the game and it is #39, 32, or 24 and their back is to the QB the whole time.

That type of **** reminds me of Reeves, and Ball.

Great job by Jones. I can still remember the Campo days when our corners never turn around to play the ball. I'm glad those days are over and we have someone like Jones who can play the ball in the air.

I don't know what some of you were looking at. That was EXCELLENT coverage. There was no pass interference, and a ref would have to be crazy to call it.

Yeah, this is typical of a more experienced WR, sensing possible blind spots for officials, and giving that tug. Since receivers damn near have to pull a gun on a DB before a side judge will throw a flag, it only makes sense for a guy like Dez to try such things.

It's so great to see a youngster like Jones be able to turn his hips, run, fight through Dez's shenanigans, look back, and then locate the ball. I cannot imagine how difficult that sort of thing is for a corner, rookie or otherwise, working 1v1 against a outside guy of Bryant's caliber. Really encouraging stuff!

Lots of contact beyond 5 yds and of course Dez had to stop and wait for the ball....
