nah, he would probably be dead faster this way, of course depends if went in head or feet first

A friend that I worked with got his finger stuck in a meat grinder . The grinder was not shut off before he lost about half of his right forearm . I can not imagine the pain he felt .

The article says he went in torso first. I suspect somehow he was folded in on the chipper and pulled in.

A family friend of ours worked with a guy who died the same way. "Luckily" for him he went head first.
