Caliper Assessment

Hey gang.......I'm interviewing for a new job and the process involves me taking the Caliper Assessment. I've since read up on it in preparation where it aims to identify personality traits and how I would fit the position and company. Anyone here ever this or similar assessments? Any feedback, thoughts or experience is appreciated.

I do a lot of assessments and just answer the questions as honest as you can.

 

[Reality]

Answer them in reverse order .. if you are taking the test in person, stop with about 10 to go and tell the interviewer that you are almost done, you only have the first 10 on the list remaining (since you are doing them in reverse) ... oh, and tell the interviewer you purposely answered 5 of them wrong as a control group.
