Jets/Saints

Jets have proven that they are perfectly capable of beating a playoff team on the road. The Colts aren't a high scoring team and have been barely eeking out wins a lot this season. They were only marginally ahead of the Jets when they pulled their starters in the regular season. I think the Jets' defense will hold them to 14 points or less. I think Jets win 20-14.

Vikings are terrific at home, but 4-4 on the road, and they're going to get a taste of their own medicine this weekend with thousands of crazy, screaming people in a dome. Saints looked absolutely unstoppable last week at home. Everyone is healthy and they are executing fairly flawlessly. I think they win by at least a touchdown, perhaps more. 27-14

That's a good question, because I have so much hatred and animosity toward the Vikings that I would pick the New Mexico State Aggies against them.

But I do think the Saints will have the advantage playing at home. Home field is HUGE in that game (and the Dallas game last week). Get that POS Favre and his POS coach and their POS team out of that dome and they're vulnerable, I think.

Saints vs. Colts

Yeah. I'm exactly not on the Vikings' bandwagon either.

I think Super Bowl loses are especially difficult.

Therefore, I'd like to see the Vikings get there, only to have Farve lay an egg (of O'Donnell proportions) against the J-E-T-S, JETS, JETS, JETS.

And Rex Ryan might just rub their noses in it at the end, by taking a page out of Dad's playbook.

I'd find some justice in that.

Anyone but the Vikings is fine with me. Favre has jerked 3 teams around and does not deserve another ring. The Vikings were absolutely classless last week and I hope they lose.

I have my doubts about the Saints D, but I'm pulling for them. Brees is a decent guy and they've never won anything. I wish Shockey wasn't on that team. I won't lose any sleep over the Jets or Colts winning.

My brain says Vikings after last week's performace, but I'll cheer Saints for an NFC Lombardi. Tired of reading about the AFC and how good they've been recently.

I'm going out on a ledge and Picking the Jets to shock the Colts. I really like the way the Jets defense is playing and the Oline of the Jets have really been blowing guys off the ball.

I'm also taking the Vikes over the Saints. I think the Saints defense just has too many holes in it and look for Peterson to have a big day vs the Saints defense as well as the Favre to Rice connection.

SB match up Jets vs Vikes.

Jets/Saints
SB Winner: J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS (that almost made me hurl)

I agree......uh.......think I said just about the same thing in another thread about an hour ago......and IF the Saints get past the Vikings, I think they can do in the Colts

I'm hoping for Colts/Saints with the Colts winning the SB.

I can't stand Favre or Rex Ryan. Steve Sabol did a piece on Rex following in his dad's footsteps last night on NFL Network, and seeing Buddy Ryan nearly made me puke. What a POS he is.
