Unless Vita Vea is there at pick #19, the Cowboys will see enough players they like and trade down. Much like the Travis Frederick move a few years ago.

They will follow up that move with an eventual trade for Earl Thomas, likely using whatever pick they acquired to move down.

Cowboys will crush our dreams & hopes as they revert to old ways & completely whiff on early picks. Unfortunately, I'm not kidding. I really have that gut feeling.

Half this website will hate whoever we pick, then forget that two years from now when the pick is playing well.
That also works the urge way too.
Half will love it despite never having seen him play or watched college ball in 20 years...

I predict that if we take an OL or WR in round 1 I will need a new 4K TV..

If NFC East opponent gets Vea, OL just became triple the problem. Might want to consider Lamar J .... cause there won't be a pocket.

Sorry!! I am normally optimistic .... but I've got a bad feeling about this. Maybe its all false info & they are locked in with rock solid evaluations & strategies! Yeah, that's what it is. Right? tell me i'm right, ******!!

Some crazy GM will trade up with Seattle to draft Leighton Vander Esch in front of the Cowboys. Seattle doesn't have a 2nd or 3rd and just about every team in the 20's is interested in LVE.

Dallas trades down and then trades up and ends up with two first rd picks.

With Rosen's commitment in question. If he falls to 19 do the Cowboys pull the trigger and draft him even if It's not a position of need?

Your thoughts.

Some guy had the presence of mind to screenshot a poll on the old Cowboys forum where 92% of the posters disagreed with the Travis Frederick pick on draft day. Couldn't find a single one of them 2 or 3 years later...

Evans is an ideal inside linebacker fit for a blitz-happy 3-4 unit, but he could easily fit as a 4-3 WILL with rush potential on sub-packages

The bigger the game, the better Rashaan Evans played

Evans and punter JK Scott are the only two players in college football to play in all four playoffs. In those seven games he’s totaled 38 tackles, including six for a loss and 4.5 sacks.

Rashaan Evans wants fans to know the physical toll players take

While on the subject of tweets, Evans posted a memorable one when describing the severity of his groin injury last season: “People actually think I’m a 100%. Muscle was ripped from the bone, when was the last time u did the second digit on my jersey standing up?” Nevertheless, he missed just two games.

We land Vita Vea in round 1 and get Anthony Miller at 50...THEN in the process...trade next years 2nd and a 5th this year, for Earl Thomas and a 7th round pick. So to recap. We get an instan stud in Vea, An Antonio Brown clone, PLUS a perennial pro bowler safety in ET. Three day 1 starters.. BOOM!

Vea to circumvent Barclay with the Gents, and James Washington in round 2.....welcome back the deep bomb!!!
