Because when the FO sits there and does nothing, after the year they just had, it is a slap in the face to this fan base.

Not only did they not even look outside the building for a coaching staff, they dont look outside the building for new players.

Then again, they dont think there is a problem with how the team is run so, there is that.

I get it, I feel the same way - but something has to change. That method is getting ZERO results on the field....but I guess we need to remember, on the field results is only a small portion of what Jerry cares about.

This team needs talent period. They need to quit sitting on their hands, just resigning their own and get some new talent on this roster.

You want good players you need to deal with the bidding.

We dont spent big bucks because we are not able to evaluate players. Not necesserily because we want to avoid bidding wars.

Unfortunately, they report trades which are not part of free agency. Good for Washington getting a LT, but they gave up quite a haul of draft picks in addition to taking on a big salary. It’s not bad, but it’s something Dallas cannot do. We need more draft picks, not fewer.

Coog, I know you want to feel good about this, but this is what the front office does every year and we've seen how this movie plays out. Dallas will bring in low-cost free agents ($3 million or less) to make sure it has a body at each position, unless it already has a "capable" starter on the roster, and then try to get better through the draft. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting difference results is the definition of insanity.
