I know that this is highly unlikely but when you look at the prospects and the teams picking 1-5 i think i have reason to be concerned. In my mind Calvin is flat out the best WR prospect to come out in the last decade.

These picks are most likely reported i don't know for sure. Nor are they who i would pick if i were the GM

1. Oakland - JaMarcus Russell/Brady Quinn
2. Detroit - Joe Thomas/JaMarcus Russell
3. Cleveland - Adrian Peterson/Joe Thomas
4. Tampa Bay - Brady Quinn/Calvin Johnson
5. Arizona - Alan Branch/ Gaines Adams

6. PLEASE CJ BE GONE BY HERE!!!!

Reassure me!!

And if he did...it wouldn't really matter because Campbell is QB. So...the statement that Calvin made regarding being everything like TO and Moss on the field, but like Harrison off the field, would definitely change since he would go crazy cause they couldn't get the ball to him noway.... haha....

I dont think gruden would ever let this guy go by.

having said that, detroit really must be kicking themselves, this is the wr they should be taking at this point in the draft.

Do you honestly feel that this guy is that great. Please, don't misunderstand me, I do think he is pretty dang good....BUT....look at the overall picture with this guy...he hasn't always been that productive.

Larry Fitz. was easily a better WR than CJ, but he hasn't made his team that much better. Mr. Johnson isn't a Randy Moss type that will transform the game his first year. Don't be so worried if the Skins get him. :)

His QB posted a 45% completion percentage. Ill let him slide on production for now. Hes worthy of the top pick and I really can't wait to see him on the field.

Yeah no way he gets past Tampa.

Thats gonna be a nice duo. Add a little of Galloway, some Caddy and Alex smith and they have a pretty dangerous offense. If only they could find a QB....

I dont trust any of the QB's in thsi draft. Russel seems to be the best out of the bunch, but it's a huge gambel. If I'm in a position to take Johnson or a QB, I take Johnson, because even with a top rookie QB, you are still likely to be picking top 10 again the following year. Get your QB then. Especially since Calvin Johnson is such a rare player.

that would just suck all day long but I cannot see him dropping that far......hes just too rare of a prospect.

I can see that happening below number 5 altho it's hard to imagine considering how unusual his talent level is.

Imagine Raiders are having a hard time deciding.

He'll never get by Tampa at 4

Calvin Johnson will be the #1 prospect on just about every team's board come draft day. The only thing keeping him from being the #1 pick is the need for QBs by the teams at the top of the draft.

He is a freak of nature as a physical specimen and his character is impeccable. From all indications there are NO holes in his game. Unless something drastic happens, like a freak injury, his stock will continue to soar all the way until draft day.

There is no way he falls to #6 and I don't see the Skins moving up because they have nothing to trade. From everything you read and hear what they want to do, if anything, is move down to pick up some extra picks.

The Skins have too many holes to fill on defense to draft a receiver. However, the Skins would be thrilled if CJ dropped to #6. They would have their pick of options to trade down and acquire more draft picks.
