Can’t watch Randy Moss

I believe we would've squeezed off another Super Bowl if we drafted him.
Nothing against Greg Ellis who had a solid career but he's not a difference maker.

This is prime evidence why you draft BPA and not draft for need.
No one can debunk that method.

I will say this about RM,, he lived up to what he said he was going to do after being passed on down to the 21.
It was something to the effect that he was going to shred the NFL, and he made it clear that he was pissed that teams passed on him.
Man lived up to his word, he shredded the NFL and made all 20 teams that passed on him regret doing so.
A sure fire lock HOF, quite possibly the best ever to play the game.
So after saying that about RM you obviously feel me when Im talking about that man...
So, I also said after drafting CD that he reminded me so much of a very young RM..
Not expecting anyone to believe in my comparisons, Im just saying that CD is going to be very good to.

Thats obviously a tough one, but Spears did add immediate assistance on the DL and ARod was developmental.

These types of threads usually involve revisionist history. There's a lot of it when it comes to Moss.

He was originally going to Notre Dame. Got kicked out before he ever got there thanks to a fight leading to a 30 day jail sentence.

He then went to Florida State, where he promptly violated his probation from the jail sentence and was dismissed from the school.

Drug use and character issues are why 19 other teams not named the Dallas Cowboys also passed on Moss.

I used to be a supporter of need. But you can't go wrong with BPA if it's obvious, like last season. At worst, if a really good player like a QB is there and you don't need him, trade back for a fortune. You can't lose with BPA IMO.

My response didn't involve revisionist history. What 19 other teams did doesn't apply to Jerry's stupidity for passing Moss up.
The only reason Jerry didn't take him was because of Michael Irvin and his off the field problems.
 
Randy Moss is why we took Dez Bryant and CeeDee Lamb.

Yall do anything to prop up that bpa no matter what nonsense. Stop trying to act like off field issues didnt play a part in why he was even near our pick.

BPA doesn't need to be proped up. The results stand on its own.
Name one off the field issue Randy Moss had in the NFL.

why he made it near our pick is irrelevant. Just take the genarational talent when it falls in your lap.

and aaron donald slid, rogers was taken late, Romo was undrafted, tj watt 28 teams passed on him, tom the goat Brady was taken in the 6th round, and Warner also Undrafted turned out 2 time SB winner..chat happens stop whining..he had warts and blame MI because his antics caused Jerry to get scared off..we have got players dude to issues lie this stole LC etc

how about this Jimmy Johnson exposed Jimmy Smith go in an expansion draft and he easily coud have replaced MI and Moss would ahve bene moot issue..i was angry when they allowed him on the list along with that other wr willie something..i said before they got picked up it was mistake to expose them..Jimmy Smith turned out to have great career for the jags..

we can cry all day about possible mistakes made by the Jonses but there were mitigating factors..

no it wasnt, sorry bro but you need to get it together, thats so off base and so far from even giving credit to someone actually keeping score, at Jerrys World,, you give entirely too much credit,, that was forgotten and dismissed by the Cowboys FO.
Its just you, and the fact you actually pay attention is why it is important.. Im sorry if that is too much real time, and Im not trying to be mean, just trying to wake people up is all.
