lets take this 1 step at a time please. 1st lets finish up the pre-draft FA nicely with a few more veteran additions (FS, FB and maybe even OLB,DT,Backup QB)
then lets worry about a GOOD DRAFT since that is a big part of determining the season . . . (OLB, FS, DT)
Then lets worry about TC - getting guys to the right weight, getting guys in the right position, team chemistry (under-rated portion of a teams success), getting ready for Pre-season/Season.
Pre-Season - get our young guys in as much as possible to get them some more experience. Parcells will prolly do it how he did before - starters get 1/2 game then comes in 2nd team and a few starters will stay on to 3 maybe even 4 quarters.
now lets split our season into a few sections, there are a few different ways to do this:
1. divide into 1/4s (4 games per set) and evaluate on every 4 games
2. divide it by Divison, NFC, AFC.
however you wanna divide it worry about the game that we have that week.
now that we have worried about our season we can go on to playoffs:
take this 1 game at a time
and then finally we can worry about the superbowl.
and this whole time we will hafta worry about injuries and what not.
#6 can happen if we take it in small steps. we are 10 months away thhough, so calm down.
