Jason Garrett has already salvaged the season for me.
Knowing that he is gonna be in charge of this franchise from here on out is best holiday gift I could get.
2 wins with this talent secures his job in your eyes? Why not wait and see the season through to have a more informed decision?
I know it's a difficult position to win in but lets see consistency, game planning and preparation excellence. In game excellence. I liked that we came out fighting, that's a testament to JG's motivation.
Lets get motivated to hold onto the ball though and sit the players who can't for players that can. Lets get motivated to throw deep for the first time on 2nd and 1 on the opposition 40 with 2 minutes to go.
We adjusted well after the first quarter yesterday, but it was obvious to NO how we were going to come into the game on both sides of the ball in the first quarter. Literally 18 minutes overcame the 42 great minutes we played.
We still don't beat teams at home. i don't care who we played. This is our house. Let's put some emphasis on this also. Otherwise I see common traits in this leadership that I see in the recent past one.
3 games, I'm not convinced. I still see the same buffoons starting on the o-line and still the same buffoons in the secondary. Brooking played well yesterday so he doesn't loose snaps to Lee in my opinion. Until he does, than the old man keeps his job.
Ball, Scandrick, well there's been more than enough times teams are abusing these guys. They don't fight back. Sensy has gotten his too but at least the guy is fighting back.
AOA and McCann may need to start seeing more snaps. As long as their efforts are expressed during practice. Time to shake some JAGS up.
Spencer? Maybe Butler needs some more snaps. Lets compete on this team, 100%. Because as a whole, our o-line and our defense does not seem to be built for serious game day competition when it matters most.
A good coach will shake this up right now. Don't fear losing the HC job, fear letting the same heartless players destroy what your heart as HC wants to achieve.
That o-line has no heart. That secondary has no heart and the right side of our pass rush has no heart. Find out who has some heart in those positions and who is willing to put in the work to make a play when we are behind and who is ready to close out a game when we are ahead.
The position coaches can't get their constant erroneous starters to improve where it's condusive to us winning? Than they need to hit the bricks too! Shake this thing right up when need be. We do not tolerate penalties, losing the ball, poor snaps. Letting big plays happen when we should close out. Not getting players to improve their game. We need killer instinct. All facets of this team. The coach that gives me that I want. JG I hope has it. he still needs to prove that.
