Can Brady continue to throw this many passes?

Through four games, Brady has been throwing 43.5 passes/game. I'm wondering if you think he can continue to do this throughout the year, or if he will get worn down, either his arm or his body from taking so many hits.

It's been repeated ad nauseam that Belichick talks to Meyer every offseason - are the Patriots transitioning to running a spread offense out of the shotgun all the time? Are they ahead of the curve in benefiting from all of the pass-friendly rule changes?
