He pulled some chicks shirt down that he later banged.. pretty sure that doesn't count. Next thing they'll be targeting him for not cutting his lawn the right way. He goes all over the place instead of doing straight lines. Makes the neighborhood look bad.. Hoa has a serious case against him. Suspend him for 3 games.

Any lawsuit isn't 100% about CBA process being followed. As I state in the big thread, there are some rights which can't be signed nor negotiated away at least according to my lawyer buddy. I think some lawyers on here basically corroborated that statememt with some details.

For instance, when I race, I sign release forms. That doesn't release the race company from certain liabilities, no matter what I sign. In the caae of labor law, no CBA can negotiate away certain rights. 46 gives the NFL and sir Roger a ridiculous amount of power and leeway, but not unlimited. Capricious and arbitrary was quoted by one of the lawyers in the site as a no no. The burden of proof is tougher, but in this case Zeke has a legit case.

IT always amazes me that some here think the CBA was written by the finger of god and therefore nothing can be done about it.

A contract cannot sign away certain rights no matter what some think.

The right to being treated honestly and fairly; on both sides.

and some there think the CBA basically makes slaves of the players; the NFL can do what it wants. That is VERY wrong.

I'm not a lawyer, but experience as a football fan tells me the NFL can do (read: will do) whatever it feels like. By the time any penalties come to them (big IF anyway) for overstepping, the damage to the Cowboys' season will be done.

Yes. I'm bitter.
