What is the latest? Did he practice toady?

He will get his knee scoped don't know if they have done the procedure as of yet

Basic idea sounds like 3 weeks expected to be out, at minimum.

I think the diagnosis was 1 to 3 weeks. So 3 sounds like a max not a minimum.

If they actually go into his knee 1 week sounds a little bit overly optomistic. The stitches wouldn't have closed at that point.

How many stitches do you need for a scope? Those things are pretty small now.

The One week might just be Parcells trying to rush him back early too.

Bottom line here to me is...Just fix it and fix it right, no matter how long it takes.

DC.Com reports he had surgery today. Described as "loose cartilage." That is consistent with 1-3 weeks -- but I doubt BP lets him play Monday without practicing so the SF game is likely the soonest we see him.

I just hope Burnett isn't "one of those" like Jacob Rogers. I hope he recovers to have an impact this season.

I agree...I just want it fixed properly now, so it won't become an issue again later on this season. Keep him out as long as necessary now so that when he comes back, he won't have to be concerned with it coming back.
