Can we truly open up against Cleveland without Daks #1 weapon, I'm not sure if I see this happening. I see Jerry folding under the pressure, and ceedee getting what he wants. Can you see him still holding out during the season, please give your thoughts

I expect Jerry to fold, like he typically does. He has a habit of dragging these deals out and then overpaying anyway.

CeeDee will be signed before the season opener. The situation is making the Joneses look bad. They did virtually nothing in free agency to have money for CeeDee and the others and they still can’t extend them despite the fact, other teams have signed their star players.

I think the better question is can CeeDee Lamb envision starting the season without a paycheck? How does racking up fines help his legacy? See your QB as an example, CeeDee. Showing up to do your job is a far better way to get another contract.

Everyone gets paid!! Then get injured because the lack of practice.
That’s usually what happens. Dez got injured right after he got paid and was never the same player. He went from having three straight 1200+ yard seasons to never cracking 850 yards.

Remember me and you both agree to this, can't wait until it happens. They kill us with saying they can't spend, but end up paying too much I'm so confused

Jerry will overpay. It makes no sense to do nothing in FA, then refuse to sign your players unless you are mad about the GB loss (he's not), or you want to tank (too far away from the rim), or you plan on trading him (he doesn't have the guts or the smarts).

Yeah....

Jalen Tolbert, primary receiver on opening day against the Browns defense.

Translation:

Single coverage by either Pro Bowler Denzel Ward or Greg Newsome Jr., an extra safety in the box against an already apathetic running game featuring the debut of a rookie playing opposite Myles Garrett.

CeeDee knows he's getting signed. Besides, he's a WR, Jerry's favorite position, believe me.

Actually no, it would be stupid for Lamb to show up and start practicing at this point.........dude is fixing to get $100 million guaranteed on his new deal, that is generational wealth that his great grandkids will still be living off of.

However, one wrong step and all of that disappears like a fart in the wind..................dont think it can happen, see Sam Williams.

Agents around the league know this as well, why do you think Jordon Love reported to Packers training camp, but his agent informed them his client (Love) would not practice until he got a new deal???

Get that money Ceedee. Take ol' Leatherface for all that he's got then fold like Origami paper in the playoffs.

I expect this kind of caveman thinking from a Longhorns fan. Good luck in the SEC, you'll need it. :lmao:

Longhorns are #3 in AP preseason poll and Ewers is one of the favorites for the Heisman.

I think we are going to be ok, after all, we did go into Tuscaloosa and kick Alabama's *** last year.:dance::dance::dance::dance:

Fines, usually forgiven, are a pittance compared to the salary gains later.

I thought they can’t fine CD because of his rookie contract status, or am I mistaken.

Idk but we're 4 weeks away already. Give CD whatever he wants and deal with everyone else next year. We gotta have everyone in camp focusing on the Browns.
