Can Raiders afford the #4 Pick??? Dallas can!!

I was just wondering about the fact that the Raiders have spent a ton of cash lately. Franchising Asougamah (sp?), signing Gibril Wilson and some guy named Tommy Kelly, let alone last years #1, Jamarcus Russell. Reports had circulated that last years signing of Russell made them cash strapped, making it a possiblity to trade out of that #4 slot. With this recent activity brewing, is there already a deal in place with that pick???? Maybe Dallas gets that pick, maybe not!! Thats alot of money spent by AL!!

Hopefully Jerry now realizes that a big move up to grab McFadden will take too many picks so it isn't smart & costs too much cap space which we lack. Believe Jerry now realizes biggest team needs are CB (maybe 2), #2 WR, RB to team w/MBIII, OL & SS (Davis probably leaving), etc.
