Can Richard Bartel be a #2?

He played horribly in the first game but did a lot better in the second game this year. He almost didn't play in last years preseason so all I have to go on is these two games. I'm not ready to write him off since I saw the same crap written here about him also written about Romo 4 or 5 years ago.

Mind you I'm not ready to bet the future on Bartel...I'm just withholding judgment until I see more of him. I guess we will see what the coaches (who have seen him a lot more) think when they make the cuts and set the PS.
