I want Roy to succeed but in this game you want to go to war without doubts about the guy next to you.

It's NOT THE TIME to rebuild something that has gone south. The completion rate when throwing to Roy is 40%. It's way past time to dump what isn't working.

Roy clearly has lost some belief in himself and Tony doesn't trust him (can't blame him for that.)

I would not play Roy except maybe for some 3 or 4 WR sets and maybe for a fade in the end zone.

This offseason there will be a chance for Roy to regroup and rebuild. Maybe Tony and him can capture something good with more time. We don't need to be worrying about it now.
