We got beat at home
We got beat by a team starting a 4th? string WR at running back
We got beat by a team with their #1 WR out for the game
We got beat by a team with their secondary in shambles
We got outcoach, we got outclassed. This isn't the first time this has happened, or the last under Jason Garrett. He blew a huge opportunity to take the game to OT by spiking the ball with 40 seconds left. This was the ballgame. Don't blame the refs. Blame the Garrett Top.

"In those situations when you make a first down, we believe you clock it there so you keep that timeout in your back pocket," Garrett said. "In that situation, we're trying to go down and score a touchdown, so you want to keep as much time on the clock as you can, and then, if the clock is going and you need a timeout to get yourself in field goal range, you have that one still available to you."

It's a disaster. Golden opportunity blown. I don't see a " bright future" . I saw a team that blew the #1 seed . It's an opportunity that doesn't come around often.

I wish we would've just gashed them on the ground instead of spiking there.

Maybe you get a Zeke burst for a TD.

As I said in another thread, when has Garrett ever out coached someone? Today is different because Dallas is a better team especially with everything you said, but when they go into a game where they aren't the superior team they rarely win

To be honest I blame Byron Jones for allowing that 35 play completion. I don't want to hear we should not have rush 3 but that was the correct call. Aaron Rodgers did what we knew he could do. But blowing that play at the end of the 4th qtr is bull. I know there are other factors that killed this team but that play right there is why we lost. In the end we wasn't in place to make the correct play.

If he wanted to stop the clock because of time, he should have just ran the play that we ran on second down to Bease. We would have gotten 6 yards and time would have stopped and still have 3 more downs.

We would have had maybe 10 less seconds at most but having a extra down is worth more than 10 seconds in that situation.

Well, to be fair, it goes back to the draft from two years ago. Randy Gregory is banned from the NFL because he couldn't stop smoking pot long enough to pass a combine drug test. We have no real NFL talent on the defensive line, and no pressure all day, which allowed that catch.

You forgot a few parts.

We got beat by a team who has now won 7 straight games, most of them by significant margins.
We got beat by a team who needed the help of some of the worst officiating in years.
We got beat my a team with a hall of fame QB.

I see your agenda. You know you can hate Garrett and still admit that we got raped by these officials who all seemed to star struck by Rodgers to call an objective game.

No single play ever wins or loses a game
The defense did get carved up though.
The offense held their wn, but we did throw a pick in the Red zone.

Team game. Team loss

Please don't try to sugar coat this loss. Give it a few days at least?

I saw at least 4 holding calls by Mo and Scandrick that went uncalled, but you want to ignore those, right? There's no agenda, no ref bias. We had a vastly superior team with homefield and got beat. What is the weak link in the equation?
