Can we disqualify referees like jury picks?

After watching both QBs I think if Romo is on, then we will win.
But I don't want the refs that flagged one game 10 times in the first quarter or first half.
So can both teams pick their game ref preferences or are they picked by the draw of some entity shuffling the deck.
To me this is the joker in the pro and con of two suspect defenses.
What do you think, can we win in spite of flag happy calls or non calls if it is done to our team ??

The way I see it in this day and age in the NFL not only do you have to conquer the opposing team but you also must conquer the referees in order to win games.
